Bathurst Rifle Club Inc., 10th April 2021, C R Kelly Cup 800 Yards.
The second round of the C R Kelly Cup was contested on Saturday at 700 yards in fine weather although the cold winds were starting to arrive with the predominately and sometimes strong west to north westerly breeze giving an increased level of difficulty with changes in strength and direction continuing during the afternoon.
Top Target Rifle shooters Steve Williams and Graeme Bright handled the conditions best, both only dropping one point for the day with Steve taking the days honours by four centre bulls. Ron Gibson started the day holding a great group losing just one point in his first stage to finish next down and two points ahead of Gordon Shepherd who lost a few points in the first stage but finished his second stage with a group that F Class shooters would have been happy with on the day.

Bathurst Rifle Club Inc., 27th March 2021, C R Kelly Cup 700 Yards.
The start of the C R Kelly Cup was held on Saturday with some welcome sunshine and little cloud cover as the mostly north westerly breeze continually changed direction and strength to raise the level of difficulty and keep scores lower than average for the day.
Target Rifle shooter Graeme Bright got off to an early lead handling the conditions best to stay in front of the group followed by Steve Williams next up three points away. John Coghill had a slow start but did well later on to finish next down followed by Ron Gibson just one more point away with Dennis Lavelle trailing after getting blown far and wide later in the day.

Bathurst Rifle Club Inc., 6th February 2021, F A Wilde Trophy 600 Yards.
Competition for the last round of the F A Wilde Trophy was held on Saturday in magnificent weather with sunshine and just a little wind drifting through from a mostly north westerly direction but occasionally attempting to swing slightly from the east. Surprisingly there was enough movement in the air to keep scoring below what some shooters may have hoped for.
Graeme Bright again scored consistently to lead the field in Target Rifle finishing with a one point advantage over Steve Williams who started off with a strong first stage score. Dennis Lavelle started a bit slower but with a good score for his second stage finished just one point further down and one point ahead of Gordon Shepherd who had some great grouping in his second stage but couldn’t catch the leaders

Bathurst Rifle Club Inc., 20th February 2021, Captains Trophy Day
An early start for the Captains Trophy handicap competition and the magnificent weather saw a great rollup of shooters on Saturday starting at 500 yards with very little breeze and a readable mirage for most of the day although the occasional direction changes were to cause some points loss later in the afternoon.
F Class shooter Col Howell was the only one to capitalise on the conditions at 500 yards scoring a possible 60.5 with Jeff Eppleston only dropping one point and the rest of the field separated by just a few points. Steve Williams fared best of the Target Rifle shooters at 500 yards with the loss of one point.

Bathurst Rifle Club Inc., 13th February 2021, F A Wilde Trophy 500 yards.
After the rain cleared early Saturday morning we were greeted with a mostly warm and sunny afternoon for the second round of the F A Wilde Trophy from 500 yards. The light north westerly breeze was predictable at times for a short period early in the afternoon but soon the observed mirage became useful in trying to keep up with the consistently changing direction and strength which became generally difficult to read.
The close competition continued in Target Rifle class with Steve Williams not missing a shot while claiming eight centre bulls in his first stage to take the days honours by just two centre bulls ahead of Graeme Bright.
